    1. We (Yeasytrip Sdn Bdn) have a right to changing the term of use and all the time and the changes terms are effective as soon as are announces.

    1. There are two payment options (unless chauffeur services) which is online and pay on side.
  5. Cancellation
    1. Before 48 hours cancel 100% refund.
    2. Before 24 hours cancel 95.5% refund and 4.5% will be charge for admin fees.
    3. Less than 24 hours cancel non-refund.
  6. Rejected policy (non-refundable)
    1. Based on the transport services especially chauffeur services the information such as number of passages and luggage size must be provided true information. If not, the driver have a right to reject the services and non-refundable.
    2. Car rental with self-drive, if the customer have a baby must be request the baby chair, if not the car-owner have a right to reject the services with non-refundable.
  7. What are the things that you cannot do?
    1. Upload any viruses, malware, or other malicious codes on our (Yeasytrip) systems.
    2. Provided fake/wrong information.
