Before 48 hours cancel 100% refund.
Before 24 hours cancel 95.5% refund and 4.5% will be charge for admin fees.
Less than 24 hours cancel non-refund.
Rejected policy (non-refundable)
Based on the transport services especially chauffeur services the information such as number of passages and luggage size must be provided true information. If not, the driver have a right to reject the services and non-refundable.
Car rental with self-drive, if the customer have a baby must be request the baby chair, if not the car-owner have a right to reject the services with non-refundable.
